CORK JAZZ FESTIVAL (October)

The Guinness Cork Jazz Festival is a four day celebration of the best of Jazz with over 120 acts appearing on 28 Stages throughout the Festival. The week is a must for all music lovers.

The ultimate Titanic festival, in the city where she was built, is a celebration of the ship, her city and the artisan skills of the people who created her.
The week long festival, which takes place annually, hosts a packed programme of events which include Titanic tours and special exhibitions providing valuable insights into how the ship was built and the fatal journey of its maiden voyage.

DONEGAL TOWN SUMMER FESTIVAL (July)

Donegal Town Summer Festival has quickly become the biggest event in the calendar in the Donegal area. The event features open air concerts featuring many of the Countries Top Live Acts. Last years Festival Featured Big Generator, The Coronas, J90 and Mundy.

DONEGAL TOWN BEERFEST(3^rd Week September)

Donegal Town BeerFest an idea stemmed from Octoberfest in Germany, the world’s premier beer festival. This year was the debut of the festival in Donegal and it met with unparalleled success. The festival had beer tasting in various pubs around town and also several open air concerts which included The Hot House Flowers playing live.

RORY GALLAGHER INTERNATIONAL TRIBUTE FESTIVAL (June)

This unique 4 day tribute Festival takes place in the town where Ireland’s greatest Rock Guitarist – Rory Gallagher was born 61 years ago – Ballyshannon Co.Donegal.

WILLIE CLANCY SUMMER SCHOOL (first Saturday in July)
The Scoil Samhraidh Willie Clancy is Ireland's largest traditional music summer school, held annually since 1973 in memory of the piper Willie Clancy. During the week, nearly a thousand students from every part of the world attend daily classes taught by experts in Irish music and dance. In addition, a full program of lectures, recitals, dances and exhibitions are run by the summer school. All events are held in and near Miltown Malbay in County Clare starting on the first Saturday in July.

GALWAY RACE FESTIVAL (July, August & October)

A gruelling steeplechase which is run at Fairyhouse Racecourse in Ratoath, County Meath. It is the chief feature race at the Fairyhouse Easter Festival.
